Patricia Ann Zaloudek of Champaign passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023. She was
83 years young. 
Patricia was born October 11, 1939, in Cisco, IL, a daughter of William and Ruby Boyer
McGinnis. She married Bernard Zaloudek on November 26, 1960. 
She was preceded in death by her father, William, her mother, Ruby; her brothers,
Dwain and Merle; sister, Norma; and her companion of over 30 years, Ray Sturdyvin. 
She is lovingly remembered by her sons and their spouses, Gene (Penny) Zaloudek,
Bill (Cindy) Zaloudek, and Kevin (Julie) Zaloudek; her grandchildren, Brittany Zaloudek,
Erin (Dustin) Laukhuf, Kristina Zaloudek, Danielle Zaloudek, Tristan Zaloudek, and
Sabrina Zaloudek; and her great-grandchildren, Eldon and Emilio. 
Patricia worked at Christie Clinic for 40 plus years. She loved the time she spent there,
mostly for the people she met and lives she touched.
She graduated from Monticello High School in 1957. 
Crafting, reading, and traveling were some of her hobbies; spending time with her
friends and family was her greatest joy. Described by many as a social butterfly, she
connected with everyone she met and never knew a stranger. A free spirit, she
delighted in trying new things and enjoying every bit of life she could. 
Funeral services will be Thursday September 21, 2023 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel.
Visitation will be held 11am to 1pm with funeral beginning directly after. Burial will be at
Mt. Hope Cemetery.
