Oksun (Agnes) Karosas passed away at home on Sunday morning, November 5, 2023. She leaves behind her husband, Louis, married for 53 years; daughter, Agatha Barnes; son-in-law, Jerry and grand-daughter, Elizabeth.  Oksun was a devout Catholic who attended mass regularly before she was homebound.  She enjoyed walking, gardening, traveling and swimming.  Her greatest joy was being able to help care for her grand-daughter and she felt blessed with each day they were able to spend together.   The family feels blessed that they were able to care for her in her last years, as she has always cared for them previously.  Visitation will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church from 2:30-3:30 on Thursday, November 16, 2023, with a funeral mass following at 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made on her behalf to the Stephens Family YMCA.
