SAVOY, IL-  Mary Lou Marlow, 87, of Savoy, passed away at 5:36 PM, Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at The Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, IL.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 6, 2025 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Road, Urbana, IL with visitation from 11:00AM-1:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.  Burial will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign.

Mary Lou was born November 19, 1937 in Champaign, the daughter of Delbert and Ruth (Mason) Jenkins.  She married James E. Marlow on May 20, 1955 in Urbana.  He passed away July 5, 2024.  Survivors include three daughters, Debra Broadrick(Mike) of Champaign, Peggy Walton(Dan) of Savoy, and Theresa Knight(Jim) of Leesburg, Fla.  Also surviving are 5 grandsons, 9 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Edna Haubner of Rantoul, IL and Sandra Shafer of Urbana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, two sisters and a granddaughter.

Mary Lou worked as a filing clerk for the U of I and was a member of Bible Baptist Church, Champaign.  She loved activities at The Windsor of Savoy and she especially loved her family.
