Wilma Fae Ross, 95, of Farmer City, formerly of Urbana and Bement, passed away at 6:00 a.m., Saturday, March 26th, 2016 at Farmer City Rehab and Healthcare Center. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 701 E. Florida Ave., Urbana. Burial will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Champaign following the service.

Mrs. Ross was born August 1st, 1920 in Shelbyville, Illinois to parents Jesse Leroy and Josephine Juanita (Pifer) Moody. They preceded her in death. Wilma married Henry Ross April 15, 1950 in Wonder Lake, Illinois. He preceded her in death February 15, 2016. She is survived by children, Lilma Phillippe (Rocky), of Mahomet, Robert McCall (Gale), of Charleston, eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren. Wilma was preceded in death by seven siblings.

Mrs. Ross was a devoted mother and homemaker. She enjoyed crafting, and especially liked creating butterflies. Her grandchildren, both older and younger, were the light of her life.
