Wilma A. Davis, 92, of Urbana, died 11:05 a.m. October 16, 2009 at Helia Healthcare Center of Champaign.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, 2009 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel & Crematory 1900 S. Philo Rd. Urbana. Rev. Michael Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery Champaign. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service.

Wilma Davis was born September 19, 1917 in Danville, IL the daughter of Alpha and Ethel Summers Clem. She married Vernice Davis on August 3, 1936. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by three children, Janice Mansfield of Urbana, Sharon Baremore of Sun City, FL, and Don Davis of Potomac; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, a son, and a grandson.

Wilma worked as an LPN at Carle Foundation Hospital for over twenty five years. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and was an avid Cardinals and Illini fan.
