Willis Joseph Canamore Jr., 57, of Tolono passed away at 2:10 p.m. on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at his home.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Renner-Wikoff Chapel & Crematory in Urbana. Cremation rites will be accorded.

Willis was born on October 13, 1959 in Peoria, IL to parents Willis and Nadean (Godsey) Canamore. They preceded him in death.

He is survived by his sons; Willis J. Canamore III (Erica) of Urbana and Kyle Canamore (Kristen Jean) of Cocoa, FL. His siblings; Eric Canamore of Pekin, Byron Canamore of Pekin, Christopher Canamore (Lucie) of Roanoke, Nina McKinney of Pekin, Kimberly Canamore of Pekin, Felicia Canamore of Pekin and five grandchildren also survive him.

Willis was a graduate of Pekin Community High School and attended ICC in Peoria. He worked as a Machinist at Caterpillar in Peoria. He was also a musician and loved all kinds of music; he enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. Willis liked Science Fiction, Star Wars, Star Trek and politics.

He loved his family especially his five grandchildren.
