CHAMPAIGN, IL - William C. Hyatt, 69, of Champaign, died at 10:38AM, August 11, 2006 at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, IL.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00PM, Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana, IL. Ryan Harvey will officiate. Burial will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign. Visitation will be held from 6-8PM, Monday evening at the funeral home.

Mr. Hyatt was born January 18, 1937 at Champaign, IL, the son of Cecil C. and Annie Marie Husskisson Hyatt. He married Lerna M. Roderick on November 27, 1960. She survives. Also surviving are 5 Sons: Billy Hyatt of Greenville, Tenn., Jeff Hyatt of Champaign, Cecil Hyatt of Champaign, Jack Hyatt of Urbana, and Mike Woodbeck of White Heath. 1 Daughter: Machael Ann Carlson of Seminole, Florida. 5 Grandchildren. 2 Brothers: Clarence Hyatt of Stockton, California and Donald Hyatt of White Heath. 6 Sisters: Mary Stephens of White Heath, Doris Perry of Urbana, Barbara Bohlen of Mansfield, Cecilia Bohlen of Mahomet, Carol Deck of Urbana, and Bebe Gaines of Champaign. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a granddaughter. Mr. Hyatt owned and operated Hyatt's Garage for many years in Champaign and Urbana. He was a member of the Champaign Eagles Lodge and enjoyed collecting eagle figurines.
