URBANA, IL- William L. Francisco, 75, of Urbana, died at 2:30 A.M., Thursday, July 10, 2008 at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana, IL. Rev. Robert L. Francisco will officiate. Burial will be held at Bailey Cemetery, Tolono, IL. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

"Bill" was born November 10, 1932, in East St. Louis, IL, the son of Roy and Nellie (Williams) Francisco. He married Martha N. McDuffee on February 10, 1962, in Champaign, IL.

Survivors include his wife Martha of 46 years; daughters: Marla Francisco and Ericka (Dana) Washington of Rantoul and Dina Francisco of Memphis, Tenn.; grandchildren: Kyle Francisco of Memphis, Tenn., William Summers of Urbana, Kamren, Adrien and Jaeden Washington of Rantoul; Nathan and Maranda (Trey Dixon) Summers, Tanika and Tahleia Looney and one great grandson, Treyvon Dixon all of Indianapolis, IN; and called "Grandpa" by many more; two brothers, Charles J. Francisco of New Jersey and Robert L. (Euna) Francisco of Mattoon, IL; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters: Shawn O. Looney (formerly of Indianapolis) and Salena Francisco; a granddaughter, Chelsey Washington and two sisters, Norma Campbell and Dorothy Francisco.

Bill attended Urbana High School. He served in the Army from 1953 to 1955. After working 20 years at the U of I Printing Services, he retired in 2002. After retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
