William E. Fisher, 42, of Fithian, died 12:15 a.m. Fri, Feb. 8 at Vermilion Manor Nursing Home in Tilton. Celebration of Life services will be 11:00 a.m. Sat. Feb. 16 at Catlin Church of Christ, 715 W. Vermilion, Catlin with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Fri. Feb. 15 at the church. Ministers, Dave Burger and Darren Johnson will officiate. Arrangements are being handled by Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana. Private burial will be at Embury Cemetery near Fithian.

Mr. Fisher was born Nov. 9, 1965 in Danville, the son of Robert and Marie Weishaupt Fisher. He is survived by his wife Rebecca L. Whittaker Fisher, two daughters, Ashley M. and Abby N. Fisher, and a son Robert W. Fisher all of Fithian, his mother Marie Fisher of Oakwood, a sister, Judy A. Fisher of Glendale Heights and a brother Jon R. (Linda) Fisher of West Chicago.

Mr. Fisher graduated from Oakwood High School and was an engineer at Plastipak Packaging. He was a member of Catlin Church of Christ, loved farming and tennis and belonged to the Danville Tennis Club. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the United Community Bank, Box 159, Oakwood, for the benefit of the Fisher children.
