HUMBOLDT, IL- William Otis Feely, Jr.,47, of Humboldt, passed away at 9:36 P.M., Friday, February 26, 2010 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

There will be no public services. Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana, IL, is in charge of arrangements

Mr. Feely was born April 18, 1962, in El Paso, Texas, a son of William Otis, Sr. and Edna B. Krutsinger Feely. Survivors include four brothers, Charles Feely of Kingston Springs, TN, Jim Weeks of Kinmundy, IL, Danny Weeks of Ludlow, IL and Rick Weeks of Lake Villa, IL; four sisters, Joan Webb of Indianapolis, IN, Jean Rock of Mountain View, Ark, Judy Lyons of Humboldt, IL, and Wilma Lyons of Chatham, IL. He will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.
