William Melvin Dillman, 67, of Urbana, Illinois passed away at 4:10 a.m. Thursday April 11, 2013 with his family by his side.

A visitation will be held Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 6-8 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana Illinois. Funeral Services are Friday, April 19, 2013 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Champaign Illinois at 10:00 a.m.

William was born March 23, 1946 in Mattoon Illinois to parents Earl and Marjorie Dillman. He attended Tolono High School and Oakwood High School. William was in the Navy and served in Vietnam on the USS Horne. He worked as a Construction Laborer for Local 703.

William is survived by two children, Michelle Marie of Evansville, Indiana and Charles Alva of Villa Grove, Illinois, one brother, Earl Harlan of Rose Bud Arkansas, two sisters, Patricia Rayburn, Sondra Harper both of Sadorus Illinois and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Cleora, Marjorie and Virginia, two brothers, Lester and Melvin.

William was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he loved music and took pride in helping others. He loved his family and will be greatly missed.
