Wiley E. Zook, 75, of Allerton, died 11:22 p.m., Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Kirby Medical Center, Monticello.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 9, 2012 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel & Crematory 1900 S. Philo Rd. Urbana. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.

Wiley Zook was born September 28, 1936 in Mahomet a son of John Jacob Zook and Mary Raines Zook. He is survived by 4 children Doug (Bonnie) Zook of Danville, Sandy (Jan) Welch of Mahomet, Dan (Sheryl) Zook of Catlin and Amber Zook of Allerton; a stepdaughter Dana Howe of Indiana; 6 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters, and his parents.

Mr. Zook worked as a meat cutter for Zimmerman's Meat Locker and Chucks Locker in Ivesdale. He enjoyed horse racing, coon hunting, fishing, and hunting beagles.
