Warren E. Hammock, 62, of Urbana passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at his home.

A private family service is planned for a later date.

Warren was born in Champaign on January 20, 1954 to parents Warren G. and Helen I. (Sylvester) Hammock. They preceded him in death. In 1987 he married Tina M. Raimondi in Champaign; she passed away on November 1, 2002. He was also preceded in death by two sisters.

He is survived by his children, Keith Hammock of Fort Hood, TX, Rebecca Hammock of West Allis, WI and Stephen Hammock of West Allis, WI. His siblings, Marilyn Powell of Golfport, MS, Jean (Alfred) Skinner of Long Beach, MS, Jeff (Kathy) Hammock of Junction City, IL and Oma (Chris) Mendenhall of Urbana, two grandchildren and his dog Gizmo also survive him.

Warren attended Farmer City High School, after school he enlisted into the United States Army. After returning home he worked for Coca Cola as a truck driver for fifteen years. Warren was also an avid reader.
