URBANA, IL- Teoman Mustafa Sarabi, 76, of Urbana, IL., died at 3:15PM, Sunday, August 27, 2006, at his residence in Urbana, IL.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7PM, Thursday, August 31, 2006 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana, IL;, with a reception from 6-7PM and also after the service.

Mr. Sarabi was born January 10, 1930 at Manisa, Turkey, the son of Suphi and Hatice Meliha Sencer Sarabi. He married Nancy Ringenberg in 1962 at Chicago, IL. She survives. Also surviving are 4 Sons: Mete Sarabi of Champaign, IL., Erol Sarabi of Los Angeles, CA, Alpay Sarabi of Chicago, and Orhan Sarabi of Santa Rosa, CA. 5 Grandchildren and 1 Sister: Suna Ozturk of Ankara, Turkey, also survive.

Mr. Sarabi attended Technical University in Ankara, Turkey and the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also attended the University of Illinois. His interests included his family, politics and horseracing.
