-  Suzanne Ross, 68, of Urbana, IL, passed away at 11:54 AM, Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, September 10, 2018 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 2200 S. Philo Rd., Urbana, with Pastor Robert Rasmus officiating.  Burial will be held at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Mayview, IL.  There will be a visitation from 2-4 PM, Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana.

Suzanne was born December 26, 1949 in Mattoon, IL, a daughter of Jesse and Bernice Virginia (Coble) Peak.  Survivors include her husband, Jim Bruns of Urbana; three daughters, Brandy Stover(LeeRoy) of Urbana, Jamie Bruns of Champaign, and Tara Wilson(Joel) of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania; 4 grandchildren, Chelsea, Travis, Justen and Ethan;  a niece, Samantha Dapron(Kris) of Sullivan, IL, and a sister, Debbie Rieck of Mattoon, IL also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Kent Peak.

Suzanne worked as a purchasing agent for Herff-Jones Company for 46 years and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Urbana.  She enjoyed gardening, and was a supporter of veterans.
