Steven Edward Horne's Obituary
Steven Edward Horne, infant son of William Horne and Rebecca Walston passed away at 9:04 a.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
Steven was born at 12:03 a.m. on August 10, 2018 at Carle Foundation Hospital.
He is survived by sisters, Elizabeth Horne and Kristina Oliver-Horne, and grandfathers Steven Walston and Harry Horne. Steven was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Andrea Walston and Sharon Horne.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Shining Light Memorial Garden, located on the northeast side of the Carle Hospital Forum.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Carle Foundation Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
