Visitation for Steve Rinehart, 71, of Urbana will be from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1st at The Vineyard Church, 1500 N. Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, Illinois, followed by a memorial service officiated by Pastor Mike Yoder.

Steve passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Carle Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. He was born June 30, 1952 in Decatur, Illinois to Steve Rinehart Sr. and Peggy Rinehart. He married Rosalyn Herring August 10, 1974. He is survived by his wife, Rosalyn of Urbana, Illinois, sister, Diana Darflinger of Tarpon Springs, Florida, sons Aaron Rinehart of Downers Grove, Illinois, Nathan Rinehart of Omaha, Nebraska, and his three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers; Johnny, Dan, and Eric.

Steve attended high school in Decatur, earned an associate degree from Parkland College, and worked for Kraft Foods for 42 years.

Steve loved to learn, a gift he has passed along to his family. He was a devoted member of The Vineyard Church and participated in many prayer groups.
