Siegrid graduated from an Agricultural Vocational School in Meckesheim on March 18, 1959. She married Johann Trummer August 19, 1961 in Meckescheim, Germany He died May 11, 2011. They were three months shy of being married 50 years.

2 Sons: R Matt Trummer, wife Vicki; Kory Trummer, wife Kris.Grandchildren: Ryan Trummer, Rachel Trummer, Lauren Trummer, Adam Trummer and Heidi Trummer.

She immigrated to the United States June 19, 1964 with her first born son and husband. Siegrid became a U.S. citizen October 15, 1975.

Siegrid was a homemaker; raised her two boys; the financial officer of her husband's cabinet making business and also worked full time at Collegiate Cap & Gown for many years.

She loved to go garage sale shopping, collecting antiques, finding wild flowers and plants to make wreaths and sew. She had an eye for fashion design and decorating using all her finds in garage sales and antique purchases to make her home elegant and comfortable. Siegrid loved the outdoors and was always working in her garden. She loved making things from the garden and the wild for her friends and family.

She always had a smile on her face no matter what was going on in her life. Siegrid was a very generous, helpful, loving wife, mom, grandma and friend. She was the definition of a fine lady. She totally lit up when her grandchildren came to visit her or when she shared stories about them.

Siegrid was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of sixty. She fought hard and won that battle only to find out she had early onset Alzheimer's. Not long after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's, she prayed to God for a cat. She was really missing her Chow dog "Weeble". The very next day "Meow Meow", an all-black cat showed up on her door step and moved in.

Siegrid leaves her family, friends and her special caregiver Ron Mullins who made her final years as good as possible. She is now in God's gardens, smiling and happily pulling weeds, planting flowers and feeding the hummingbirds.

She will be missed.
