Sarah Margaret Campbell 97 of Urbana died at 7:36 a.m. Sunday, June 27, 2010 at home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana; the Rev. Phil Gittings will officiate. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Champaign. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Campbell was born on July 31, 1912 in Williamsville, the daughter of Alexander and Elizabeth McCutcheon Edgar. She married George Lawrence Campbell on February 6, 1932 in St. Louis, Missouri; he died on October 23, 1958.

Survivors include six nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Campbell was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Urbana.
