Sandra Sue Hacker, age 69, of Urbana, died at 1:39 p.m. Friday, January 4, at home. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Mrs. Hacker was born July 27, 1938 in rural Champaign. She was the daughter of Michael and Viola Tembrook Schum. She married George Lawrence Hacker on September 6, 1938 in Champaign. He preceded her in death in 2004. She is survived by her daughters; Tammy A. Gray of Urbana, Georgette E. Hacker of Mahomet, Kerrie L. Pruitt of Sidney; sister, Madonna Mattson of Champaign; brother, James Schum of Arizona; grandchildren, Lyndsey Hacker-McNew, Mikayla Klausner, Mark Carlson, Rose Carlson, Katelin Pruitt and great-grandchildren, Troy Carlson, Gabbie Wynette and Kalen Shoot. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother. Mrs. Hacker was a bookkeeper at Clark- Lindsey Village, Urbana for 35 years. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the donor's choice. Arrangements are being handled by Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Road, Urbana.
