Sally A. Clennon, 92, passed away at 10:00 a.m. on August 19, 2022 at her home in Urbana. She was born in Urbana on February 8, 1930, the daughter of Eugene & Virginia (Burdick) Deem. Sally graduated from Urbana High School in 1947. She married Marion L. Cuppernell on May 28,1948, he died on April 19, 1971.She married Paul Clennon on November 23, 1979 and he died on August 11, 2013. Survivors are two sons- Randy Cuppernell of Gibson City and Ricky (Tina)Cuppernell of Bellflower; step children- Terry(Bonnie) Clennon of Urbana, Marie(Norman) Smith Irvington, Kentucky, Barbara (Kelly)Bohlen, Oakwood, Illinois; 12 grandchildren ; 22 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands- Marion & Paul, daughter- Ginger Ann, one grandson & one great great granddaughter; brother- Thomas (Jean) Deem. Sally worked at Busey Bank for over 22 years and was named employee of the month October 1993. She retired on March 9, 2001. She enjoyed Country music, western movies, Nascar racing, football, basketball. She was a member of VFW 630 Auxillary. (1975) and American Legion Post 71(1981). Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 Philo Road, Urbana, Il 61802. Visitation will be from 11-1:00 PM.
