Ruth A. Green 62 of Mahomet died at 8:18 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 at home.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2017 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana; the Rev. Mike Jenkins will officiate.

Ruth was born on October 12, 1954, the daughter of David and Elanor Green. She married Dan Coffin on March 17, 2005, he survives.

Also surviving are a sister; Nancy West of Virginia.

Ruth attended the First Baptist Church of Mahomet.

She was a member of the Grand Prairie Friends and loved reading and gardening.
