Rosemary Lake, 80, of Champaign died at 3:59 P.M. Thursday, November 9, 2006 at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, Illinois.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana, Illinois, the Rev. Glenn Corbly will officate. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana, Illinois. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lake was born on May 18, 1926 in Urbana, Illinois, the daughter of Leland Stanford and Bertha Matilda Groskurd Parks. She married Guy Lake in 1951 in Springfield, Illinois, he died January 4, 1994.

Survivors include a sister; Gracye Baker of Urbana, Illinois and a brother; George Leland Parks of Decatur, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and one sister.
