Rose Katherine Klismith, precious daughter of Keith and Laura Klismith of Champaign, died October 24, 2015 at home. Rose was born May 8, 2015 at Carle Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. During her 169 days on this earth, Rose served as a reminder of the brevity of life and as a testament to God's great power and love. She enjoyed snuggles and kisses, listening to music, visiting with friends and looking at light. Rose had beautiful brown hair and deep blue eyes that loved to take in the world around her.

She is survived by her parents, her sister Julia, and by countless family members and friends who loved her deeply. She was preceded in death by her grandfather James Benedict Klismith and her infant cousin Maxwell Dean Miller.

A service to remember Rose will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, October 29 at the Elks Pavilion in the Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve, 901 S. Lake of the Woods Road, Mahomet. Rose's loved ones will greet visitors from 1:00pm until the service begins. Burial will follow at Mount Olive Cemetery in Urbana.

In lieu of flowers or memorials, Rose's family humbly requests for all to seek the Lord and His will. "So be very careful how you live. Do not live like those who are unwise. Live wisely. Use every opportunity you have for doing good, because these are evil times. Do not be foolish with your lives, but learn what the Lord wants you to do." (Ephesians 5:15-17)

Goodbye for now, sweet Rose. We love you so much. The Lord will bless you and keep you until we meet again.
