Ronald Ray Henderson 58 of Philo died at 12:15 p.m. Monday, August 2, 2010 at home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2010 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana. Burial will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, Philo. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home also one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Henderson was born on March 11, 1952 in Champaign, the son of Herbert Paul and Clara Mae Robinson Henderson. He married Carla June Struble on November 25, 1978 in Watseka, she survives.

Also surviving are his mother of Champaign, two sons; Jacob Ray Henderson and Justin Lee Henderson both of Urbana and one daughter; Meagan (FiancAC. Jake) Stenzel of Urbana, one brother Larry (Lynette) Henderson of Fisher.

He was preceded in death by his father, one sister; Linda Billadeau, maternal and paternal grandparents and two sisters in laws; Judy Henderson and Susan Struble.

Mr. Henderson was an electrician and member for IBEW Local 601 and NJATC and retired after 30 years.

He was a past assistant business manager for IBEW Local 601 and sat on the negotiation committee for many years.

Mr. Henderson coached little league for nine years with his sons and loved to fish, golf and spend time with his family and friends.
