Robin Nicki Lee Augustus, 46, died Friday, November 4, 2011 at his home in Homer, Illinois. A private memorial service for the immediate family will be held at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Urbana, Illinois. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Spokane, Washington, with full military honors, at a later date.

Robin was born May 11, 1965, in Erickson, Manitoba, Canada, the son of Nicholas Marchischuk and Henrietta Domansky. He married Wendy Christine Adams on January 26, 1990, in Colfax, Washington.

Survivors include his wife, Wendy Augustus of Champaign; his daughter, Jessica Rene Augustus; his sons, James Matthew Augustus and Jason William Augustus; his brother, Michael Todd Augustus; his mother, Henrietta of West Virginia; and his sister, Tammy Marchischuk of Nelson, BC, Canada.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Ann Augustus, in 1994, and by his father in 1979.

He served in the United States Army Infantry. Robin was employed at All Seasons Heating and AC of Mahomet.

Robin was unselfish with his time, and was always willing to help friends and family. He loved his children, was a devoted father and will be greatly missed.
