Robert John Wagner, 78, of Urbana, passed away at 11:36 PM, Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Carle Foundation Hospital. A private burial will be held in Piper City, Illinois at a later date.

Bob was born July 24, 1934 in rural Piper City, Illinois to parents John A. and Anna (Martens) Wagner; they preceded him in death. He is survived by one sister, Marilyn Gross (John), of Moline Illinois and three nephews, Gary, Jeffrey and Bradley.

Bob was a farmer most of his life. He loved horses, and he loved to fish. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
