White Heath- Penny M. Burokas, age 64, of White Heath, IL, born in Chicago, on August 23, 1944 to Louise Piehl, passed away at Provena Covenant Medical Center in Urbana, IL on Thursday, February 26, 2009.

She is survived by her sons, Steven (Staci) Burokas of Eureka, MO and Michael (Julie) Burokas of White Heath, IL. Also surviving are her grandchildren Ashton and Peyton Burokas.

Her father, Ki Kijewski, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2009 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel & Crematory 1900 S. Philo Rd. Urbana. The funeral will immediately follow the visitation. Rev. Mike Mack will officiate. Commitment service to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Mahomet, IL.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Penny Burokas to the Guardian Angel Program at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana care of Renner-Wikoff Chapel.

She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
