Patricia Ann Holt 83 of Mansfield formerly of Urbana died at 9:30 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2012 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Apostolic Life Church, Urbana. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign. Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Holt was born on February 11, 1928 in Knox City, Texas, the daughter of Isaac Theodore and Jessie Hutchinson Simmons. She married Jack Donald Holt on June 6, 1953 in Urbana; he died on December 19, 2003.

Survivors include one daughter; Gale Ann Hurd of Mansfield, one sister; Hazel Corray of Crawfordsville, Indiana, one brother; Ted Simmons of Phoenix, Arizona, three granddaughters and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter; Tracy Lee Holt and one brother.

Mrs. Holt graduated from Urbana High School and was a nurse's aid for ten years at the Royal Fontana Nursing Home in Urbana.

She was a member of Webber Street Church of Christ and attended Apostolic Life Church in Urbana.
