Patricia Clements, 81, of Urbana passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Champaign County Nursing Home, Urbana.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 18, 2013 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd. Urbana, Illinois. A one hour visitation will be held prior to the service.

Patricia was born on October 18, 1932 in Urbana to parents William and Grace (Thompson) Motherway. On June 10, 1951 she married Harold Clements; he preceded her in death on November 19, 2011. Harold and Patricia have five children, Cathleen (William) Burkholder of Champaign, David (Cindy) Clements of Normal, Bill Clements of Tuscola, Danny (Laura) Clements of Oakwood and Mary (Mike) Ries of Champaign. Also surviving are ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one step granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.

Patricia attended Urbana schools, was a dental assistant to Dr. Callihan for twenty years, a member of First Methodist Church and the Elks Club.
