Norma Jean Froberg, 77 of Champaign died at 8:09 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2011 at her home. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011 at the Champaign Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2602 W. Bloomington Rd., Champaign.

Mrs. Froberg was born March 5, 1933 in Carlinville, the daughter of Wm. David and Jessie L. (Rice) Johnston. She married Paul Froberg on October 11, 1970 in Champaign and he survives. She is also survived by sons; Paul Anthony Welshire of Tualatin, Oregon, Alan Carl Froberg of Chicago, four grandchildren and several great grandchildren and she has a sister.

Mrs. Froberg attended school in Peoria and Colorado Springs. She did secretarial was for 20 years for the Office on Aging, the University of Illinois and Diversified Health Care. She is a member of the Champaign Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
