Jean Phillips 89, of Lafayette, IN formerly of Urbana/Champaign passed away on Sunday, February 12 at Westminster Health, Lafayette, IN.  Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Saturday February 18 with visitation 1 hour prior to service time at the funeral home.  Pastor Raymond Gordon will officiate.  Burial will be at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Mayview.
