Melvin Zurcher, age 64, of Champaign, Ill., died 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Ill. Family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, May 14, with a Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 p.m. at the Crusader's Church, 2111 Willow Rd., Urbana.

Mr. Zurcher was employed by Levitt Faculty Center. He was born July 4, 1942, the son of Melvin and Barbara Jean Bailey Zurcher.

He is survived by:

One Daughter, Carlene M. Butler of Georgetown, Ill.

Two Sisters, Susan J. Pribble of Danville, Ill. Peggy Ann George of Danville, Ill.

One Brother, Robert T. George of Danville, Ill. Memorials may be made to the Crusader's Church. Arrangements are being handled by Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 South Philo Road, Urbana, Ill..
