Marion Faye Crawford, 93, of Urbana passed away at 1:25 A.M. on July 3, 2015.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel in Urbana. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Oakwood.

Marion was born on August 7, 1921 in Del Rey, IL to parents Richard and Marion (Hollister) Strange. They preceded her in death. She married Donald Cheffer in 1940. He died in WWII. Later she married Ivan Crawford, who passed away in April of 1999. Marion was a proud Air Force wife for over 35 years.

Also preceding her in death were four siblings, a grandson, two half brothers and four cats.

She is survived by six children, Donna Morgan, Jeanne Crawford, Karin Patton, Carole Crawford-Jones (Mike Sarver), John Crawford, Jim Crawford (Pam), one stepdaughter, Doreen Stevens (Tommy), three half sisters, two half brothers, a sister-in-law, ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Marion was employed with Busey Bank for 28 years and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Urbana. She graduated from Loda high school where she was a cheerleader. Marion loved children and cats.
