Margaret Jean (Jeannie) Rennels 57, of Longview died at 6:58 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2008 at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2008 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana. The Rev. Nicolas Showalter will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Rennels was born on January 9, 1951 in Champaign, the daughter of Virgil and Lillian Jean O'Neil Watts. She married Donald Rennels on January 14, 1977 in Urbana, he survives.

Survivors include her mother-inlaw: Helen M. Rennels of Longview.

She was a clerk for the State Universities Retirement Systems. She enjoyed life.
