Lucille W. Oehmke, 90 of Champaign died at 7:10 a.m. Sunday, June 24, 2007 at Manorcare Healthservices, Champaign.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007 at Mt. Hope Mausoleum, Champaign. There will be no public visitation. Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Oehmke was born on August 6, 1916 in Rankin, the daughter of George and Catherine Riggleman Shumate. She married Myron E. Oehmke on Feb. 6, 1937 in Chrisman; he died on July 14, 2000.

Survivors include a daughter; Myra (William) McWilliams of Champaign and a son; Stephen Oehmke of Champaign, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson Stephen Oehmke Jr. and two sisters; Blanche Olson and Mildred Hinton.

Mrs. Oehmke worked for Busey Bank, where she sold license plates for many years.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Urbana.
