Lucille A. Buracker, 88 of Urbana died at 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at home. Graveside services will be on Monday, July 23 at 1:00 p.m. in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana, Pastor Danny Roberts officiating. There will be no visitation.

Mrs. Buracker was born November 3, 1923 at Springfield, the daughter of James E. and Effie (Gladson) Colvin. She married William Buracker, March 2, 1946 at Springfield and he survives. She is also survived by a daughter, Sandra Allen of Urbana, a son, Donald Buracker of Morton, two grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents, one brother, two sisters and one granddaughter.

Mrs. Buracker owned and operated The Optical Shoppe in Urbana with her husband until retirement in the 1980's.
