Lois Faye Resky, 68, of Urbana died at 3:47 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2014 at Presence Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 10 at 11 a.m. with visitation 2 hours prior to the service at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, Urbana. Burial will be at East Lawn Burial Park, Urbana. Mrs. Resky was born November 4, 1945, in Urbana, IL, a daughter of Paul and Dorothy (Hendricks) Felkner. She married Douglas Resky on June 7, 1981. He survives and resides in Urbana.

Other survivors include three daughters: Teresa Hoffman of Rantoul, April Resky of Urbana and Jessica Hoffman of Urbana and one son, Daniel Hoffman of Urbana, two brothers, Paul (Marcia) Felkner Jr. of Champaign and Ronnie (Susan) Felkner of St. Joseph and five sisters: Rosemary (Floyd) Fisher of Champaign, Linda (Jim) Slaughter of Ellenton, FL, Patty (Jim) Harris of Gibson City, Connie (Dave) Symmonds of Crystal Falls, MI and Donna (Warren) Grob of Thomasboro, 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and two sons: Robert Collins and Troy Hoffman.

Mrs. Resky worked for Redwheel Restaurant for ten years, Jerry's IGA and Mobile Superpantry. She enjoyed garage saling, playing cards, computer games, game shows, collecting crosses, angels and anything dealing with heaven. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude's.
