Lois Helen Patton 85 of Champaign died at 10:20 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2012 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the Mattis Ave. Free Methodist Church, Champaign; Rev. Herb W. Coates officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday in the Watson Cemetery, Watson. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana and also for 1 hour prior to the services Thursday at the church.

Mrs. Patton was born on August 16, 1926 in Larkinsburg Township, Illinois, the daughter of Claude and Theresa Elbert Pilcher. She married Theodore L. Patton on June 3, 1962 in Iola, he died in October 1997.

Survivors include one son; Joe (Haejin) Patton of Champaign, one daughter; Donna (Dan) Antoniuk of McAllen, Texas, two brothers; Loren Pilcher of Shelbyville and Cecil Pilcher of Decatur and 5 grandchildren.

Mrs. Patton was a bookkeeper and typist.

She was a member of Mattis Ave. Free Methodist Church, Champaign and loved quilting, crocheting and knitting.
