Lelia F. Collins 71 of Urbana died at 6:15 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2012 at the Champaign-Urbana Regional Rehab Center, Savoy.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana, Rev. Mike Smith Officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Ms. Collins was born on April 19, 1940 in Thackeray, the daughter of John O. and Sylvia Pierce.

Survivors include Rick (Anne) Pierce of Urbana, David (Kelly) Collins of Oakwood, Angie Collins of Fort Worth, Texas, Diana L. Collins of Urbana, Jerry Hendricks of Urbana, one sister; Lois Schell of Lincoln, five grandchildren; Maddy and Elly Pierce, Justin Collins, Alex Lozano, Mackenzie, one great granddaughter; Isabelle Jordan and a special friend; Robert Goodrich.

She was preceded in death by one brother.

Ms. Collins retired as a child care provider.

She enjoyed gardening and babysitting.

The family would like to give special thanks to Brenda, Mindy, Sean, Amy, Larry and Harbor Light.
