L. June Lincicome died March 28, 2008 in Urbana, Illinois. Private services will be held.

Lannah "June" Lincicome was born to Guy and Fern Gardner on April 16, 1918 in Colchester, Ontario, Canada. She married Paul Lincicome in Colchester at the Anglican Church on Dec 27, 1935. They raised their family in Philo, and moved to Urbana after her stroke at 57 years old.

June is survived by her husband of 73 years, Paul of Urbana, 2 sons Fred (Shirley) Lincicome of Champaign, Dennis (Sheila) Lincicome of Monticello, 4 daughters Christy (Ron) Cekander of Champaign, Anita Gardner of Mahomet, Becky (Bob) Gilbert of Urbana, and Cathy (Steven) Martin of Vandalia, Ohio. She is also survived by 48 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

June was an operator of Elgin Water Softener Co. for many years. She also owned and operated Midstate Linen Supply and Denny Laundry and Dry Cleaners with her husband until retirement.

June enjoyed spending winters in Fort Myers, FL playing cards with friends and watching her grandchildren grow.
