Juanita Irene Rodarmel, 76 of Champaign went to be with her Lord at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at home.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2009 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Urbana, and the Rev. Robert Rasmus officiating. Burial will be in Bailey Memorial Cemetery, Tolono. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Friday at the church. Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Rodarmel was born on October 23, 1933 in Waggoner, the daughter of Edward J. and Frieda M. Ritchhart Buss Sr. She married Baxter B. Rodarmel on July 26, 1983 in Champaign, he survives.

Also surviving are two sons; Randal (Kathy) Corry of Champaign and Timothy Corry of Goodfield, two daughters; Susan Welch of Urbana and Marcia Swope of Tolono, two brothers; Stanley (Karen) Buss of Bellflower and Leonard Eugene Buss of Sun City, Arizona, two sisters; Dorothy McCormick and Beverly (Merle) Woods both of LeRoy, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son; Terry Corry and one brother; Edward Buss Jr.

Mrs. Rodarmel graduated from LeRoy High School in 1951.

She was a beautician and also worked as a bank teller and worked with senior citizens.

Mr. and Mrs. Rodarmel traveled on many coach trips throughout the U.S. and Canada and enjoyed winters in Arizona and Florida.
