Joyce Ann Whitlatch 65 of Urbana died at 7:40 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. A Celebration of Life service will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 1565 Hancock Drive, Urbana. Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Whitlatch was born on May 21, 1947 in Champaign, the daughter of John Thomas and Mabel Eileen Clark Rousey. She married Harold Whitlatch on September 7, 1963 in Urbana, he survives.

Also surviving are two daughters; Laurie (James) Kwiatkowski of Urbana and Amy (Jason) James of Champaign, one sister; Kay Gilliland of Savoy, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mrs. Whitlatch was a Surgical Tech for Out Patient Surgery at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.
