Joyce Beverly Bever, 72, of Savoy passed away at 1:05 a.m., Monday, June 10, 2013 at her home. A visitation will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana.

Mrs. Bever was born June 18, 1940 in Sacramento, California to parents Leo and Ethel (Neilson) Teeter. She was married to James Bever who preceded her in death.

Survivors include sons; Edward Davidson (Nathan), of Savoy, Jimmy Bever (Rhonda), of Grand Rapids, Michigan, daughter; Linda Sanderson, of Rantoul, sister; Roberta Vierra (Bob), of Rio Linda, California, and brothers; Wayne Teeter (Carol), of Sacramento, California, and Jerry Teeter, of Oregon. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings.

Mrs. Bever retired from Canterbury Ridge assisted living center as a dietary chef.
