"It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Josephine Marlow on December 2, 2025. She was born January 16, 1951, to the late Dorothy and Verdin Turner, Josephine lived a life filled with warmth, creativity, and a great love for her family and friends.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Luther Marlow, her daughter Alesha Hayes, her son Michael Skinner and her cherished grandchildren Aiyana and James Hayes. Josephine was predeceased by her parents, Dorothy and Verdin Turner and her beloved daughter Josie Skinner. Her loss will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her.
