Jerry "Chuck" Mansfield 77 of Urbana died at 9:55 a.m. Sunday, February 1, 2015 at home.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana.

Mr. Mansfield was born on January 27, 1938 in Champaign, the son of Charles Mansfield. He married Mary Haworth on October 3, 2008 in Villa Grove, she survives.

He was preceded in death by one son.

Mr. Mansfield retired from the Warehouse for JM Jones, Urbana.

He was a member of Lighthouse Church of The Nazarene, Urbana.
