Jeffrey Keeler, 42, of Urbana, IL, passed away quietly the evening of Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Jeff was born September 18, 1968, a son of Donald E. and Mary "Druce" Keeler of Urbana. He is also survived by two brothers Craig (Robin) Keeler of Tolono, and Mitch (Rhonda) Keeler of Philo, IL. Two step-sisters, Mary Francis (Thurman) Carswell and Janie (John) Rhodes. Nieces and nephews, Bobbi Jo, Ashley, and Ryan Keeler, Jennifer Jo, Nicholas and Joanna Carswell, Danny and Jerry Fox, and Beth and Joshua Rhodes.

He was preceded by his paternal grandparents Lynwood and Vivian Keeler, maternal grandparents Jimmy and Mary Buck and a niece, Amy Carswell.

Jeff graduated from Urbana High School and he enjoyed NASCAR racing, music and art. He also enjoyed Fighting Illini sports, and was always up for a good game of Dominos with his aunts and uncles.
