Jean Victoria Mucha, 92, of Urbana died at 12:20 p.m. Monday, October 22, 2012 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana. Rev. Joel Phelps will officiate. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2012, Calvary Cemetery, Portage, Indiana.

Jean was born on June 14, 1920 in Gary, Indiana. She was the daughter of John and Rose Kristelli. She married Edward S. Mucha on November 9, 1940 in Gary, Indiana. He preceded her in death on November 10, 1973. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister; Jane Betts and two brothers; Robert and Walter Kristelli.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Jean was a resident of Sunnycrest Manor in Urbana for several years prior to moving to the Champaign County Nursing Home in 2004.
