Janice M. Blair, 68, of Bondville, passed away at 1:27 p.m. on January 9, 2022 at her home surrounded by family.

Janice was born on January 22, 1953 in San Rafael, California the daughter of Frank & Miyoko(Usui)Blair.  She is survived by her daughters; Dawn Blair of Clinton and Dana Spencer of Champaign.; 4 grandchildren- Cody Fry of Champaign, Kaleb Spencer of Champaign, Dylan Spencer of Champaign and Kyle Plue of Urbana; brother- Frank (Pam)Blair of Danville; sisters- Katherine Cunningham of Flower Mound, Tx, Nila Blair of Urbana, Patricia Blair of Mahomet; 3 nieces; Amanda Smith, Jennifer Hathaway, Nicki Miller and a nephew Josh Blair.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Janice worked in building services for the University of Illinois until she retired in 2008. She enjoyed traveling, movies, music her family and her dog Yoji.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 Philo Road, Urbana, Illinois, 61802. Hank Sanford will be officiating. Janice had a love for animals so it is fitting that memorials be donated to the Champaign County Humane Society, 1911 E. Main Street, Urbana, Il. 61802.
