Janet M. Floyd 67 of Champaign died at 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2015 at Presence United Medical Center, Urbana.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana.

Janet was born on December 21, 1947 in Beatrice, Nebraska, the daughter of Harold Raymond and Marie Anne Schlake Floyd.

Survivors include her mother of Phoenix, Arizona, three sisters; Karen Anne Floyd of Phoenix, Arizona, Marcia Ree Floyd McDaniel of Forest Hill, Maryland and Pamela Kae Floyd of Phoenix, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.

Janet was a Closing Officer for Busey Bank.

She was a past member of Kiwanis, Altrusa and the U of I Foundation. She was an Illini sports fan.

Janet will be missed by family and friends, especially her best friend Judy Cain and adopted nieces; Julie Cain and Diane Rowe.
